    IMR West are total professionals from the first contact, to quoting and then doing a first class job on site. Josh did a thorough quote on decommissioning our evaporative airconditioning and replacing it with ducted reverse cycle, that showed he really knew airconditioning and electrical. One other contractor just stood inside the front door and said ‘It’ll be $25k’. Josh took the time to work out where the vents needed to go and price came in under $13k for a 4 bedroom single storey home. On the two days of installation, Josh and Jordan worked 11+ hour days to get it all done in 32 degree heat and having to deal with a few curve balls from the way our home electrics were wired nearly 30 years ago. I could not recommend IMR more highly.
